It’s all about sending smarter, more profitable triggered emails to your customers using Magento.
It does things like sending emails to customers who have been inactive, recommended products to customers that made recent purchases, review requests, etc. And it includes cool features to remove checkout friction like automatic login from email click-throughs and automatic coupon application.
I’ve been piloting it for the last few months with a couple merchants and it’s been doing really well. I attribute orders to emails based on click- and open-tracking, so that we can see how much revenue they are driving.
But not only revenue – I also track profit (by factoring in product cost, shipping, taxes, etc.).
