Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will support the post-sales customer lifecycle as it relates to customer adoption, on-going support, program optimization and expansion. CSMs are the main interface for all program-related inquiries and build relationships with all relevant stakeholders as trusted advisor. They are responsible for customer retention and the prevention of churn across our Customer base.
The CSM must have a strong understanding of our Customers’ business objectives and the ability to identify and articulate how our solution supports achievement of the Customers’ strategic business goals. The CSM manages the customer experience across our Customer base, meeting agreed retention and usage targets. The CSM is responsible for understanding the ‘health’ of our customers, ensuring they grow into MageMail advocates.
Sales Development Rep

We are looking for a new Sales Development Rep to join our growing team, whose job will be to prospect, develop, nurture and maintain relationships with ecommerce store owners before, during and after the successful onboarding of their businesses to the MageMail platform.
A successful candidate will be intelligent, quick thinking, able to negotiate and understand the basic technical concepts of the MageMail platform. Our clients are high-end ecommerce store owners who have a no-BS attitude to business and growth acceleration. Building a great rapport with clients, while being able to dive in and pragmatically problem solve is essential to this role.
As a Sales Development Representative SDR Lead Generation Specialist you’ll conduct outbound business-to-business cold calls to generate high-quality, qualified leads for our sales team. Research, Identify, and Prospect for New Clients
During each call, you’ll ask questions to learn about their current business situation, evaluate their goals and determine their regulatory requirements, introduce them to our products and services that meets their business’ needs.
What are the Primary Job Functions?
- Conduct cold calls and email outreach to prospects assigned through our lead delivery system
- Navigate our SalesForce to review and manage assigned leads, document activity, and update or submit information, as necessary
- Prospect, educate, qualify, set expectations, and overcome objections to develop new sales opportunities
- Follow a prescribed sales outreach cadence for maximum effectiveness
- Achieve established activity targets for the number of outbound calls / hours spent conducting calls to meet or exceed sales lead quotas
- Adhere to internal policies and procedures in conducting sales calls and coordinating the handoff of qualified leads to sales team members
- Develop the skills needed to grow into a sales role
- Capture important sales qualification information to pass to senior salespeople
- Proactively prospect, qualify, and grow sales territory of multiple clients simultaneously
- Partner with Marketing to develop content for prospecting
- Cultivate strong relationships with major employers
- Hit (and eventually exceed) your monthly quota
- Consistently pitch new business to inbound client leads
What You Need to Be Successful?
- 0-2 years of experience in a sales position
- Eager to build a career in Sales
- Ambitious and driven to exceed goals
- Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
