FAQ: How do the customer analytics work?

The analytics such as repeat customers and months to repurchase are calculated based upon the order history, so that they will factor in guest orders placed without a customer account.

They won’t be calculated until they are needed though for a specific email trigger that’s enabled.  Any email trigger that is based off of a customer’s last or first order, such as a winback campaign or thank you email, will populate those stats.
