Here’s why you don’t have time not to setup MageMail.
From time to time I hear people say “I don’t have time to setup MageMail right now. Maybe next quarter” or something along those lines. I wanted to take a few minutes to address that concern.
Is this really something I should care about?
First off, let’s talk about the opportunity that triggered email represents. Particularly if you’re not already sending any triggered email at all right now, this can really represent a huge, quick win.
Most customers are going to see something between 5% to 15% of revenue from their triggered email program. That’s nothing to sneeze at!
But I can’t get development resources for this
You may have worked with extensions in the past that have taken a lot of time to install, configure, absorb the documentation for, fix conflicts with other extensions, and customize.
I’ve built MageMail from the ground up with this in mind in order to make it absolutely painless. MageMail doesn’t use any rewrite conflicts or even any observers – it simply opens up an API and adds some javascript to the site.
It takes one minute flat to install.
But I can’t get design resources
Good news – you won’t need a designer to help at all. What I’ve built for MageMail is a base email template that all of my customers use. It’s an extremely flexible responsive mobile-friendly email template that has been tried and tested – it’s simple, elegant, and most importantly, it gets results.
I will skin that email for you, and present you with your email template after the extension is installed.
But I can’t get marketing resources to figure out what emails to send
Good news yet again – you’re not going to need marketing to work off of a blank canvas and create marketing campaigns from scratch. You’re going to be presented with a set of recommended email templates based off of best practices and analytics from your store such as your customer repeat purchase rate in order to inform the ideal timeline for reactivation campaigns, etc.
The most your’e going to need to do is take a look at the email templates, sometimes make a quick tweak or two to the copy, and decide whether you want to offer 5% off, 10% off, or no discounts at all.
I don’t have time to evaluate this decision financially
Look, I’ve made the process a complete no-brainer. There are no setup fees, no long-term contracts, and you only pay after you’ve seen results – 3% of sales that are generated from MageMail up to a maximum of $500 / month.
Conclusion
In conclusion, if you have 20 minutes to increase your revenue by 10% with zero risk, then you have time to get started with MageMail.
