What you’ll want to do is first go into the email trigger and check to see which shopping cart price rule it’s linked to:
Then, you can pop into your Magento backend and under Promotions > Shopping Cart Price Rules look that one up:
Then you can jump into the shopping cart price rule and look at the conditions and actions set on it.
