In order to disconnect, you can just click the Disconnect from MageMail button inside the MageMail Settings under Promotions > MageMail Connector in the Magento backend.
If you’re trying to disconnect your staging environment and connect from a new environment, you can also simply connect from the new environment – that will override the connection from your previous environment.
